My bicycling experiences will show you why I would encourage you to go cycling.

  • My cycling story 
    Read how cycling changed me from being unfit, to exploring other countries by bicycle. Follow my change of bikes, the travelling further as I gained confidence. Explore to some thoughts about the future.

    After starting to cycle again in middle age, follow my experiences as I start to use my new Ridgeback bike. See how each trip my confidence and fitness are steadily improving. The journeys are getting longer and more adventurous.

    Cycling must be getting serious, I have another new bike. My trips take me to the North of England, where I then spend my first cycling holiday riding from the east coast of England to the west coast and back again.
